Quietly in the background
We know this is one of the hardest days a family goes through. Our job is to be unobtrusive, so you can focus on each other.
We arrive early, set up our cameras and microphones, test the Zoom connection, and work quietly throughout the service. Family members don't need to manage any of the technology.
- Live Zoom stream for relatives near and far
- A microphone on the priest or officiant
- A microphone at the podium for eulogies and stories
- Photo slideshows edited into the final film
- Private online viewing for 6 months, plus a USB keepsake
Every story, clearly heard
The memories people share at the podium are often what families treasure most. We make sure they're captured clearly.
The officiant
A small clip-on mic on the priest, minister or celebrant, so the whole service is clear.
The podium
A mic at the podium for eulogies, readings and the stories family and friends share.
For everyone who couldn't be there
Not everyone can join a live Zoom: different time zones, work, or simply too much grief that day.
After the service, we edit the camera footage and the separately recorded audio into a complete film. It's posted online behind a username and password for 6 months, so family and friends can watch when they're ready. The family can also keep a copy on a USB memory stick.
If you have photos of your loved one, we can edit a slideshow into the final film.
Working with your funeral home
We're glad to coordinate directly with your funeral director, church or venue about setup times, power and internet access, so you don't have to.
