Common questions

If you don't see your question here, call or send us a message. We're happy to talk it through.

Before the service

We send you a Zoom link before the service. Share it with anyone you'd like to invite by email or text. Guests just click the link at the start time; they don't need a Zoom account.

We're based in Benicia, California, and travel as far as Marin County to the west, Calistoga to the north, Sacramento to the east and San Jose to the south. If you're not sure whether your venue is in our area, just ask.

A reliable internet connection and access to a power outlet near where we set up. We'll check with the venue in advance and can bring a backup connection if needed.

Yes. We're happy to talk directly with the funeral director, clergy or venue coordinator about setup times and any house rules.

As soon as you have a date. For funerals we understand plans come together quickly, so call us even on short notice.

During the service

We set up before guests arrive and work quietly. The cameras sit on tripods out of the way, and the wireless microphones are small clip-on mics.

Usually one on the priest or officiant, plus one on the podium for eulogies and stories at a funeral, or one on the groom or bride at a wedding.

The cameras and audio recorder keep recording no matter what, so the finished film is complete even if the live stream is interrupted.

After the service

We'll give you a delivery date when you book.

The finished video is posted online behind a username and password. Share the login with family and friends, and they can watch on a computer, tablet or phone.

Recordings stay online for 6 months. We recommend the USB keepsake so your family has a permanent copy.

Yes. Send us your photos and we'll edit a slideshow into the final film.
